RenovationsMore than 720 renovations will include:
- New flooring throughout

- New plumbing fixtures and bathroom vanities

Amenity Upgrades
COMPLETE: Community offices will receive a variety of upgrades to include a fresh coat paint, new flooring, and updated landscaping.

Infrastructure Upgrades
COMPLETE: A variety of infrastructure upgrades will be made including:
- Sidewalk repairs and street curb replacements
- Tree trimming
- Street paving in select communities

Nearly 650 roofs will be replaced, preserving the integrity of our homes, and improving overall curb appeal.
