Our communities

Our Van Voorhis community offers two-, three- and five-bedroom townhomes -- many with upgraded amenities.  It is conveniently located near Fort Knox schools, a youth center, the water park and a miniature golf course.  This neighborhood also offers several newly built playgrounds. 

Our Historic and Airfield Community features traditional homes that have been updated to meet the needs of today's Officers and their Families.  Each neighborhood is located within the most scenic locations on Fort Knox, surrounded by mature trees and landscaping. 

Welcome to Maple Ridge, the newest community at Fort Knox. These three-, four- and five-bedroom homes offer open floor plans, a one-car garage, privacy fenced back yards and energy-efficient geothermal heating and cooling. 

Our Chestnut Glen community offers two- and three-bedroom duplexes, many of which have undergone major renovations.  This community is also home to Prichard Place which consists of three- and four-bedroom single-family homes. These neighborhoods are within close proximity to Fort Knox schools, parks and playgrounds. 

Our Dietz community offers several unique home styles catering to the on-post housing needs of enlisted Service Members. The PX and Commissary are conveniently located nearby, as are several playgrounds, parks, Fort Knox schools and the newly renovated Gallatto's Italian Grill restaurant.
